The Cashier was extremely rude when I asked politely to repeat the order to me, he sighed and gave me a look of disgust. Working in the restaurant business you are not allowed to handle money and then touch food. but in this case he ignored customers for 15 minutes, not even to acknowledge there presence!!!!! He also went from handling money to touching pizza without putting on gloves, I mean at least wash your hands. furthermore, the vice is sloppy. this cashier almost dropped a pizza, it fell on the lower counter but he scooped it up and put the box! I will never go here again and I recommend my friends to never go here either

They're trying but are severely understaffed. Where's the general manager or owner of this franchise? Phones are going unanswered. Lines are forming out the door. I would suggest employees write orders down. I'm usually asked at least twice what my order was. The product is always good and hot, although "hot & ready" doesn't ever happen at this location.

Extremely slow! They never have any hot and ready (isn't that what LC is know for??). I drive to Greenlake know, they're faster and cheaper.

I wish I could rate 0 stars I tried to order a pizza to be picked up in 10 minutes at 8:45 pm and they said they were not able to cook it when they close at 9:30 will not be returning to this location
