Customer service was wonderful and knowledgeable of the menu.especially on recommendations, food was fresh n hot, verity of tacos and burritos, quesadias. Choices of bottle or fountain drinks. Dinning in was a plus, place was clean, bathroom only accessible to customers.

This place is great Costomer Service they listen to what kind of order you want and they give it and they sometime give bit more if they generously about it.

Mario is the man! Extremely impressed with his hustle and great service when I brought my family in for 3 menu items. The man moves fast and is a kind person.

Walked in and the guy who served me was mega nice, asked what was good and he said the burrito. One of the best burritos I've ever had in my life.

Apparently I did not order enough food because everyone loved the taco bar and wanted to go back for seconds.!!

Wow... "Taco Del Mar" used to be an awesome restaurant...back in the mid-90's when they first came to Seattle. I've been living in Atlanta, GA since 2001 and just moved back to the Seattle area in 2015. I'm guessing Taco Del Mar was sold to another person/persons? It used to be run by mostly white dudes with a laid-back attitude. I remember huge food portions and great quality. Now? Wellllll...overpriced and overly corporate. The food isn't anything like it used to be. I spent almost $10 for a very small taco salad and soda. The vibe is so...soulless. I ate at the 8th and Stewart location and gazed out the windows at the corporate gutting of the Seattle I once loved so much. I had to eat here because my blood sugar was dropping rapidly and I had to have protein. That's telling you something...I ate here because I HAD TO. If you don't mind bland, blander, blandest "Tex Mex" food that's uncomplicated, by all means eat here.
