Corte Fino

I had a take away two dishes on Oct 10th 2020. When there are so many great Mexican options all around, it doesn't make any sense to grade this place more than 1. Great size of dish is the only good part. Rice is no. Shredded beef is no. Over all flavor is no. Their version of fajita is below OK. Let Mexican run Mexican Restaurant kitchen. That all.

I don’t think they care anymore - it makes me sad to say this bc I was a huge fan when they first opened and then I noticed the quality go down and still kept supporting them. Today we called the restaurant from 8 pm on to place an order to go. Their phone was off the hook. So I drove there - the open sign was still lit, door was open but they had closed early and when I went in to see what was up, they were just chilling in the back. When I asked if the phone was broken, they said, no it must have gotten disconnected. Yeah right. I don’t buy it. Sorry to say, I’m done with Corte fino now. It was nice while it lasted.

Wonderful new addition to the halal cuisine. Place is very cozy looking and clean. The waitress was a wonderful and awesome (Somali?) Sister. Food selection was great and tasty. My only complaint is the rice was a bit dry for me but overall it was great. We even got a freebie appetizer compliment from the chef/owner, which was a very nice gesture for a first time customer there. We will definitely come back whenever we are in this area.
