The burgers are good food-wise like Jack always is. My faves are the sourdough patty melt and the ultimate cheeseburger. Amazing. Use the app to get nice freebies with your order.
Avoid the tacos. They were super oily and mushy.
This particular location looks very sketch because of all the graffiti. The adjoining 7 Eleven is abandoned and boarded up, which adds to the sketchiness. But this is still the *less scary* location than the one on 4th Ave S!

Came back after months of not coming and nothings changed. I can’t even order breakfast. This is the weirdest Jack in the box. Why don’t they just shut it down?
How do you order if you work in the area and don’t need to drive because it’s in walking distance and you don’t want to pay Ubereats high prices. Tried to come for lunch and the doors were locked.

I ordered a milkshake and when I got home I could not drink it because it was just a container full of ice-cream not milk shake. I learned my lesson. This is the second time. To insult to the injury my large fries was not even a full container.

I really enjoy the chocolate shakes except for when they give me a paper straw with it. The shakes are thick and delicious but paper straws aren't strong enough to withstand the sucking force it takes to move the shake up the straw. Plastic straws or spoons are required to properly enjoy these delicious treats.

Underserved portions. When ordering a large fry, expect it to be half full. Same goes for medium or small. Overpaying for like 10 French fires, come on there’s a reason it’s fast food.

Good service and the usual fare, but the location has become dangerously high crime and surrounded by homeless camps. You are likely to be approached and accosted, even in the drive-through.
Went by at 8:30 tonight and nobody was there. Nobody responded at the drive-thru even though everything was all lit up. Drove through the drive-thru three times and sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes. Was really worried somebody might be hurt inside. As always leaving a male and a female employee emerged from the back adjusting their clothing. I suspect they were busy doing something else rather than waiting on customers. I won't be back. You shouldn't either.

Literally forgot to put gravy on my chicken melt, and the bun was hard like it was stale or spent too much time under the warmer. Literally the most disappointing sandwich I've ever had from JiB.
Their useless paper straw didn't even last until I drove home, and it's pointless since their cups are still made out of plastic.
Recommend skipping this location
