The orders from Uber Eats don't translate over to the sticker on your cup correctly. So disappointing.
I order white mocha on the app (for $0.70 as normal) and it translates to just 1 pump of syrup ONLY for $0.70. This is completely unacceptable. Especially when you see that is not how it is being sold either.
You would think that Starbucks would want their customers to not think they are a rip off.

I’m on crutches and so it’s been hard carrying stuff, especially drinks. Shoutout to the barista Kiki for putting together a bag of my items in a way where I was able to get home with no spills and enjoy my coffee!

Customer service here is in zombie mode, I get it people are underpaid it’s a serious thing. However I don’t think it’s a legitimate reason to be oblivious to people that come in. The staff here needs a raise or a change of employment . No good.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and yet I only go here as a last resort. I order a standard decaf vanilla latte -- nothing special, but literally EVERY time I'm here it's either way too sweet or barely any vanilla in it. Aside from that the service is notoriously slow whether you order in store or mobile 😑

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is rude and unaccommodating. "Restroom is closed for the pandemic" it's 2022 and every other Starbucks in the state has their restroom open.

Amazing coffee... frappuccino my favorite. The staff is really friendly and they work super fast to get your coffee ready.

The staff was friendly and helped me find a good replacement when my drink was discontinued.

Unfortunately my experience with the beverages in this branch has been mixed. Sometimes great, sometimes not able to finish it. The employees, however, are always happy and pleasant. They try to do the best for you I'm a fast and efficient manner. The just need more training on their batista skills.
