Hotel Albatross

Coolest little restaurant/bar/coffee shop with amazing drinks, food and staff! Gin and elderflower cocktail was the best drink I’ve had in months! Fried chicken sandwich was delicious and passed the taste test of a southerner. Ice cream sandwich was gourmet and out of this world! Will definitely be back!

I've been here a couple of times and while food is delicious it's the cocktails that really define the experience for me. I've tried several of the drinks they offer and my favorite is hands down the Jungle Bird. As far as the food goes the Totchos are the best group snack - tater tots covered in cheese, salsa, pickled jalapenos and a ton of other tasty goodness. Please check these guys out if you're in Ballard!

Fun vibe and place. They do have a happy hour (see my pic of menu). Their fluffy tacos look amazing! I ordered the Jungle Bird which was fantastic and came in a fun parrot glass. My friend ordered Painkiller and upgraded to a real coconut as a vessel. Service was spotty but it was a Friday evening so to be expected I guess. Saw several tables get the shareable group drinks, looked fun!

One of our favorite restaurants and bars in all of Seattle. You can’t go wrong with the street tacos and the shared punch bowl drink is perfect for a visit with friends. Ambiance and decor are some of my favorite parts about this spot. Service is amazing as well... also well priced. Hotel Albatross has a great aesthetic and the best cocktails in town! I highly recommend the painkiller, and if you've brought friends (because who goes to bars alone) go for one of the 6lb cocktails. There's karaoke every Tuesday which is fantastic (especially after ingesting some liquid courage) so go sing your 💓 out! Last but not least get yourself one of their sexy alley puffy 🌮 s. These tacos are crunchy deliciousness so be prepared. Overall it's a dope place to take people you actually like.

Love this place. This is probably the closest thing to a legit tiki bar that Seattle has right now. Drinks are great and they have a good selection of tiki staples, the painkiller and three dots and a dash are at the top of the list to try. The food is an Asian Mexican fusion and does not disappoint. Order a puffy taco, and not just because the name makes you giggle, cause let's face it it does and it should. Staff is super chill and always on point with a suggestion if the menu overwhelms.
