Fuel coffee is my favorite coffee shop. I love the selection of books they have, their coffee drinks are perfect, and the atmosphere is the perfect balance of cozy, modern and minimalist.
I got the seasonal rosemary latte iced, and it was delicious.

Great Coffee, and great service. Came here for a quiet study spot a few weeks ago. Perfect atmosphere and got to browse the books during my brain breaks!

I went in for coffee pastry and water after a long walk. My roaming apo expired, I had no way to connect with someone. The staff helped me contact my son.

An actual quiet cafe'! People seemed to mostly be studying and I found it easy to concentrate and relax. The coffee was excellent and it was nice and cool inside - I'm pretty sure it was air-conditioned. Gender neutral bathrooms!! Very queer friendly! Cool books for sale! And stickers!! If lived closer I would be here all the time!!

I bought coffee beans here. They give free drip coffee. Drip coffee was fresh enough! Beans cost 15 dollars. Coffee beans were roasted quite recently. I visit here Jul 15th, beans were roasted Jul 11th. No tips required. Super clean store and kind service!

I was walking by this coffee shop and noticed a sandwich board with specialty drinks outside. I love specialty drinks and out of 5 listed on the board I wanted to try 3. I picked the most unusual one which was a lemon drop latte ($6.20). It was amazing and I regret not getting the biggest size because I finished my 8oz cup in two sips (:
It tasted exactly like a lemon drop cake.
They change their specialty drinks every season.
They use housemade syrups for specialty beverages which is a big plus in my book.
They also have a website with their regular menu online.
The cafe itself is very light and welcoming.
It’s also great that the baristas get predictable wage, I wish more cafe owners did that.

Great option for coffee and snacks close to the arboretum! Their opening hours are reliable, you just might have fewer options later in the day, but that’s understandable.

It was my first time at this Fuel Coffee location and I'm already in love. The service is superior, they are very knowledgeable and friendly, ready to share their love for coffee. There's a very cozy inside seating. Grab a book from their book stand (I've noticed a few about Seattle 💚) and enjoy one of the best coffee in Seattle (it's really THAT good!) If you buy their whole bean coffee bag you get a complementary cup of coffee. Their whole bean coffee options rotate, and they have a lot of light roast options which I definitely appreciated.
