First time here, and holy molly is it fantastic. Best bakery I've had in a very long time.
Had a few different breakfast items, and everyone of them, better than the next. Very rich flavors. Dope Food, come enjoy.

After the renovation, it got so much better and now it's my go to place for soup and sandwich.

Since my last review, I visited this store a couple of times more with my coworkers. The service seems to be improved. We were greeted and helped very promptly. Therefore changing my score to 4 stars.

Food items are good. But staff is a big turnoff. I've been there several times, and without exception, the cashiers were rude and cold. They usually just chat with each other while you stand there waiting to get their attention to place an order, especially in the afternoon when there is no line. At first I was like "fine, I like their bakery so I will still visit" but now it's getting really annoying.
I don't think I will come back.

Awesome service!!! Super friendly, helpful and prompt. The cinnamon roll was delicious, but a little messy to eat because I got it in a paper bag. A plate would have been the better choice. Other than that, please provide real plates, silverware and cups for people who eat at the cafe. The environment will thank you! And me too ;)

Specialty's Café & Bakeryis consistently good and fast place for a fresh sandwich at lunch or big cookie on the way home. I order from here using the app then grab my order from the rack when it's ready. It's always correct and only been late once. Every time I order a sandwich on a Friday though it's missing the napkins

I had a wonderful experience. Great staff and wonderful atmosphere. I stopped here to have breakfast before meeting a client. There was a mistake on my order and the staff and manager apologized and got me the correct item. I assured them it was fine. I was very happy with how they handled it. Then the manager came over with a fresh cinnamon roll for me and another apology. I will definitely be coming back. The food and staff make it an e excellent experience.

Lots of options for pastries or sandwiches, but overpriced. However, there is always seating even when very busy, and nobody bothers you if you sit for hours. Sometimes I don't even buy anything and just sit in the corner. Peet's coffee attached to bakery.

A café with a nice selection of sandwiches, coffees, quick breakfast options, and tasty pastries. It's a chain so you'll see them all over, but that doesn't take away from the quality. Slightly over priced for what they offer, but not so much that I would stop going.

I usually go on my way home right before closing. They were friendly and accommodating. The Asian salad is good - the fresh chocolate chip cookies are the best I've had in Seattle. In any case, you can get them warm out of the oven often. In general, I like the Specialty salads better than the Potbelly salads (right across the street). But the Potbelly sandwiches are better value for money.

Typically go to the one in the Columbia tower - 700 5th ave. DONT go there.
It has been really bad food lately so I ordered online and went and picked up my sandwich -- Who knew they actually do use fresh bread with their caprese sandwiches! Columbia Tower Specialties is always old and my co workers have stopped going. I have told them about the freshness of this one and we will be back! Thank you.

Known for their cookies, this place also makes great sandwiches and salads. Order online for pickup if you want to save yourself a wait in line (just make sure to check for a sticker on the bag to notify you of any substitutions they had to make).
