Pizzeria 22

#Pizzeria22 is a wonderful, stylish, wood fired pizza place. They do traditional Neapolitan pizzas of the 12 inch size. The crust is thin, nice and crispy, arriving hot and fresh from the wood oven. I love sitting close to the oven so I can watch them work their culinary fire magic. I have gone several times over the years and I’ve enjoyed the service, ambiance, and food every time. The one appetizer that I love ordering is the #ProsciuttoAndBufalaMozzarella Prosciutto di Parma freshly sliced to order served with imported Neapolitan Bufala mozzarella. It’s so yummy. Some of the Pizzas I’ve enjoyed is their #Crudo Italian tomato, mozzarella, basil, prosciutto di Parma. And #Pancetta Italian tomato, mozzarella, pancetta, mushrooms, onion. Both pizzas are very well done, made with fresh, tasty ingredients. Appreciate the fresh Basil. I think it’s fun that they give you scissors to cut the pizza how you like. They serve the complimentary water in fun containers, I love looking at the unique bottle shapes. I look forward to many more visits to Pizzeria 22 in the future.

What a great place for European style pizza right here in West Seattle. One side is cozy and the other is for larger families or parties. Menu offers a nice variety of choices and includes gluten-free options. Check out the collection of pizza boxes while you are there, great art! Like this review if it helped :)
