Really tasty options and reasonable prices. The Happy Hour menu has good deals with regular rolls being just $7 and more specialty rolls around $12-15. I enjoyed the HH menu with tea, which counted as a beverage for the one-beverage-per-customer HH requirement.

Sushi Kanpi is a short walk from Virginia Mason Hospital. They have a good beer list and the Sake is fantastic. Whether you're picking up dining in or delivery, I believe this is the best sushi in Seattle!

This quiet place tucked away in an unsuspecting corner of First Hill is a perfect balance between comfortable and delicious. We went 90 minutes before closing and it was really mellow vibes, the food came quick and was crafted extremely well, prices were rather affordable for the area. They have a wonderful sake selection that is very well detailed for the newcomers to find exactly what they’re looking for.
This place has both baked and fried sushi as well as traditional roles. My favorites were the Heart Attack and Crispy Alaska! The fried ice cream is also great!
They have a Demon Slayer Sake that was just delightful. This place is perfect for solo dining, group dining and intimate settings.

Sushi Kanpai is hands down the best sushi spot in the area. As a local resident, I can confidently say that I have never once had a bad experience there. The quality of the food is consistently amazing, and the variety of sushi options is impressive. I have been a regular customer for about a year and have never once been disappointed.
The sushi chefs are skilled and always make sure that the fish is fresh and expertly prepared. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a casual night out with friends or a romantic dinner. I highly recommend Sushi Kanpai to anyone in the area looking for delicious sushi, great service, and a fantastic overall dining experience. Don't miss out on this place!

Good service, quality sushi, fair prices, and decent teriyaki! The salmon was a little over cooked in my opinion but overall very good and I would recommend this restaurant.
