When in Seattle, one must get a Starbucks....no complaints about service what so ever, in fact, was served by Aaron and had a great little chat about the greatness that is Layne Staley and AIC so special shout out to him and his kindness! Store itself left a lot to be desired, but at the same time can appreciate why there is a lack of seating, etc.

I visited the store with a friend from overseas. We waited for 40 minutes in line on the street sidewalk to enter the store. I believe the anticipation and excitement of visiting the first Starbucks Coffee for travelers from out-of-town make the long wait worthwhile.

Really cool store to check out, also because this is the first Starbucks store. Love the fact that you can still get coffee there.

Awesome piece of history and had to try the special blend as a pour over. It's been on my list for a long time and now I can finally say I've been. Also had to buy a souvenir just because I'm here

I went in late to pick up my online order. The staff was super generous to make me a fresh new drink.

Cool to see! The first ever Starbucks is cool to see but not a must stop in my opinion. I recommend taking a photo with the window logo and taking a 4 min walk up the street where there is typically no line. If you visit the one up the street they have a coffee blend that you can only get there.
That being said, the line moved fairly quick, the staff was helpful and I got a cute mug here!

Earliest place near my hotel coffee. I visited this Starbucks everyday for a week. The staff that I dealt with were fantastic. That many days in a row, and I had seen them handle everything from people paying with a pile of change, the typical "I'm going to berate the staff because I can" jerks, and orders with 20 details. Never saw a crack in this staff! Hope they know someone appreciates them and can see what they got through.
