We came here for a late lunch and had the fresh salami sandwich with fontina. It was delicious - the herb spread they use is such a nice complement to everything else and they don't skimp on how much meat they include. The cookies were also a nice treat included in the combo.

Hands down best sandwich shop in Seattle. Be prepared for a line during lunch but that comes with the territory.
Highly recommend the gridhouse if you’re looking for cold cuts or try the salamis. For hot stuff you can’t go wrong with the cubano or porchetta

Best part of the trip up to Seattle (unless the Mariner game happens to be a no-hitter). Not the biggest sandwich guy myself, but this is the best one I've ever had. (The Porchetta to be specific.)

I recently visited Salumi Sandwich Shop and I was blown away by the quality of the food. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a small seating area and a counter where you can watch the chefs at work.
The sandwiches at Salumi are the real star of the show. I tried the Porchetta sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. The bread was fresh and crusty, the meat was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were perfectly balanced. The sandwich was so good that I ended up going back the next day to try another one.
In addition to the sandwiches, I also tried the meatballs and they were fantastic. They were perfectly seasoned and had a great texture - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The meatballs came with a side of marinara sauce that was rich and flavorful.
The service at Salumi was also top-notch. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and they made great recommendations. They also took the time to explain the different meats and cheeses they use in their sandwiches, which was really helpful.

We live down in the area and just came across this place. Wow! Food is awesome and the customer service is too. This will probably be a once a week place for us. The sandwiches we got the other day were fantastic and so fresh. Just placed a pickup order today and swung in and grabbed them on the way home. If you haven’t stopped by here you must. Personal favorites are the Cubano and Summer Bod right now. They also have an area to eat there and outdoors on nice days.

Wow, that was a gloriously sloppy and delicious Porchetta sandwich!
Made the wise move to eat it there on their lunch counter. It was so juicy I wouldn’t want to wait a second longer to eat it or risk the bread getting soggy! 😂
