Royal Fried Chicken

Order a pizza and 40mins passed the expected delivery time they still didn't arrive. So I ordered from another pizza place on van vranken ave and they delivered a pizza before these guys. Not sure if I was just unlucky but I won't ever order from here again, Thankfully I didnt prepay so no loss of money for me.

Food quality isn't great. But, they're always open late. So that's definitely the plus of ordering from here! They deliver fast, and they're always friendly despite the little language barrier! I'd like to give 4 stars but the last couple times I received my food it was overcooked and cold. They used to always have hot, not overcooked food by the time it got to me. It was probably during a busy hour the last couple times. Hopefully, next time it won't be like that. I haven't wanted to order because of the last two times tho.

When it was royal crown chicken the workers was respectful, they change the name to Valentino they have new workers and the head guy is rude to all the US citizens that are being a customer and is the main reason they are still in business my card declined and he Told me I don’t have no money when I asked him to run it again I went to his Atm it was money on it same thing happened to a Spanish lady with her husband he was nice to them and said oh the Machine must be down if she can go to ATM if she likes why was he so rude to me Im a Working citizen he doesn’t have respect I’m not pulling a black card because he is rude to people of not color as well the people of the community in general we are the ones of why his business gained so much nobody to tell him to open up in this area.

This place will rob your money and charge you extra I ordered a calzone and a small pizza they charged me 27$ then said I never paid for the topping so 3o$ for two items and 1 and a half hour wait. Bugs are running all over the place too. Plus a gang of crackheads hang outside the store begging and mugging people. Please have this store closed down for the good of the community

I understand it was one if the coldest nights, but I waited 3 hours and 30 mins for our dinner ! With no call telling us our order was going to be late. When the driver dropped off our food he smiled and thought it was funny that I was so upset ... we have ordered plenty of times and never had this issue before. When the food finally did arrive it was cold. I called and asked for a discount and manger said okay and I was NEVER CREDITED ON MY ACCOUNT ! So sad this business has no customer service ! Last time we order from them.
