Mcdonald's

Placed my order on the mobile app at 8:52 AM, a smoothie and a diet coke. Walked inside and notified the cashier exactly what I was waiting for. Proceeded to watch 5 people walk up, order, then immediately get served. Watched my smoothie sitting on the counter the entire time. Did not get served until 9:10 am. That's right folks, 2 drinks takes 18 minutes. But if you want a sausage biscuit you'll get it seconds after you order I guess.

Horrible service The employees were so unorganized and rude. I ordered a Big Mac meal, and I never got my fries. The music they had on was loud and ghetto with curses in them and there were children in the restaurant including my own. I will be calling corporate in the morning and given them a complaint. I waited a while for my food for it to be cold and incorrect. Smh Never again will I go to that McDonald’s ever again, and I’ll make sure my friends don’t go there either. Word of mouth is a thing. I was once a McDonald’s worker, and this location is by far the WORST!! Get new employees or give them better training

Probably the worst Mcdonald's location in the area. Always severely understaffed; literally waited 45+ minutes from when I pulled into the drive-thru (at which point you get trapped in when someone comes behind you because of the terrible parking lot design) until I got my food. Honestly feel bad for the workers here.

About 5 seconds ago , I asked the kind older employee with very distant feather earrings how long my food was gonna take , frustratedly I asked how can you run a business like this , who I presume is the “manager “ red hair tunnel piercings flips out and decided to escalate the situation by saying taking care of “that” and rolls her eyes after I ask for a refund .I am a regular at this McDonald’s. I work and live. very close by. A shame how horrible this place has become

The food is always good, going through the drive thru though I never get my full order. Ordered a quarter pounder, large fries, large coke, and a happy meal. Large fries were missing. This happens multiple times and the order is usually placed through the app. Very disappointed but not worth the drive back to mcdonalds.
