Empire Pizza

Usually enjoy food from this establishment and the experience. The girl at the counter has always been very respectful and kind. However today 30 wings and 12 cut pizza. BAD DECISION decent but not as good as it’s been (normal, happens) thats fine, But we start eating the wings and jaws start hurting, i looked down to discover day old, discolored,dry wings, mind you its 2 in the afternoon. My wife calls, the man is rude and yelling, telling her bring the remaining wings back (mind you it’s Covid restrictions on that & snowing outside). @ this point he tells her, he “doesn’t trust her”, i was disgusted after eating their bad food and being asked to TRUST THEM & after him being violent with my wife. I take the phone and this guy started yelling @ me, telling me to stop talking to him like that right after he didn’t know i could hear him yelling @ my wife. Terrible. He’s a lucky man because I chose to pray & write this review. MY SUGGESTION, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLACE TO EAT. THEY WILL NEVER SEE OUR MONEY AGAIN. Customer service is everything and old food is not acceptable period. To be fair, They young lady called back and offered to redo the wings and to my better judgment, we declined.

The food ordered took more than an hour and a half to arrive and the order was wrong when it finally showed up. They sent a 12 slice when we ordered a party pizza for a family gathering. When I called, they asked if we touched the 12 piece they erroneously gave us and told they wanted the the pizza back….Crazy! We are currently waiting for the party pizza to be delivered. The customer service when we called was poor and you could hear the man in charge in the back ground yelling. We will not be ordering from Empire again.

Don’t recommend their service as of today. I use to enjoy ordering from empire pizza for years. The food has always been decent until today. The food that was correct with the order also wasn’t up to their usual quality. We obviously had a miscommunication with part of the order and they didn’t make any attempt to correct the problem. “It’s not on the receipt” is not a proper response for giving me the wrong items. Then forcing me to pay for things I didn’t even order over the phone? As a long time customer and being very generous with my tips I’m extremely disappointed. The attitude I received from always be so kind to them is uncalled for. And I was very polite and offered many acceptable options to be fair with the situation. Hopefully the owner will correct these issues for the future. I appreciate your services before this all happened empire pizza.
