Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer ordering once a week. I placed an order two hours in advance through door dash. My order arrived packaged terribly and missing both orders of boneless wings. I called them, they apologized and said my order would be there as soon as possible. An hour later I get a TEXT MESSAGE stating they aren't delivering because I'm not in their delivery range. I'm exactly 5.5 miles away. I called and was told too bad the owner said we aren't delivering to you. Give your business to another more deserving small local business that will be grateful to have you.

3/16/19 update: the menu hasn't changed, but the quality is not the same . Everything we ordered was lukewarm. The appetizer came out at moments before the main course. Disappointed because all items were potentially better hot. The portions remain huge and we took much home. There was a loud group next to us and it made our dinner out difficult to make conversation. Previous review : good pizza and they have slices. Go upstairs for fancier fare and pub atmosphere. Creative menu. Great wings and subs.

I ordered on Grubhub which is usually fast but from here it took almost an hour and a half, It was cold. I ordered a Buffalo chicken panini and some chicken tenders for me and my girlfriend. The panini was just 2 chicken tenders with cheese on bread... which was disappointing. But we still tried to eat our food. Me and my girlfriend now have food poisoning due to improperly prepared chicken... I have been a double ended fountain for the past 4 hours now and my girlfriend is not any better off... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!
