I was surprised by how good the food was. Devon, who was serving us, was such a great host, providing amazing service and making sure all our needs were met, despite the restaurant being short-staffed. Give this man a raise! He's a rock star!

Excellent customer service, the food and desserts were great, and our overall experience was awesome!! Sam was our server. He was very friendly and treated us with respect. He was attentive and responded to us in a timely manner. The staff and management were all nice, professional, and offered wonderful customer service. Thanks!!

I had a really great time a few weeks ago, I’ve never tried seafood before until I visited and the staff were very open to me and overall I had a great experience. Anthony was a fantastic server, and I am proud to say I enjoy seafood now! Especially the crab and the shrimp (the biscuits are also very good.) So I greatly appreciate the staff and for helping me try a little bit of everything that I wanted to, and find some options I enjoy.

While we did end up walking out tonight after waiting over a hour for our food our server who was so kind to my son went to go help cook in the kitchen because they were short handed. I actually felt bad because it's not their fault. So to all the staff that did show up and tried their best thank you ! And to anyone who was rude and not understanding to them maybe try doing their job short handed for a day .

In addition, I want to thank Ms. Lillian the server for outstanding customer service, very attentive to our large party requests. The food was great, the endless shrimp is everything!! Kristie. Is a wonderful server. She gave my wife and I the best service ever. She was so nice and with her experience in the food industry I had to write a review. The all u can eat shrimp is what we had. Wonderful! I know it is not a local seafood place but don't miss the opportunity to eat at this red lobster. Best one we have been to . Plus all the other young folks that work there have very positive attitudes. Keep up the wonderful job. Thanks bad brody

We had a nice lunch, and our server Kevin was awesome. He made sure our glasses were always filled with our beverage of choice, and he was kind and courteous. He also addressed a courteous I had about the food and kindly switched it out with another entree.

Finally, a meal served that looks just like the menu picture! That is a rare and pleasant surprise. Made the price worth it. It was also delicious! The service was great as well. Thank you guys for a really nice dinner❤️

We enjoyed our visit to red lobster. The restaurant was empty and the food came out really quickly and was very fresh. The waiter, Joe, was very friendly and attentive. Everything was great and the Coconut shrimp tasted awesome. The serving size was massive and we had to get to go boxes. Also enjoyed a rum cocktail that tasted great as well.
