Burger King

Ordered with the app in store and was instructed to wait and have my order called. They never did. Went to the counter and asked about my order after a while. They did the soda and gave my burger and fries but they were not hot any more. Not that clean of a restaurant. The bathrooms are not easily accessible. You have to ask the staff to open the door for you. There is a outside seating area.

Went around 4pm or so. Drive through speaker wasn't well marked, I was the only one in line, ordered 2 for $5 big king burgers. poor workers looked like they were the only 2 there, they were very happy when they saw my chihuahuas in the car. Service was quick, burgers were good. Will go back, love the coupons

I went in 2 get out of the sun. Stood there 4 five min. Then a mgr comes 2 the counter and said sh would be right black. But she never came back. I stood there another 5 min be for the drive thru person took my order. This bk is the worse one I have been 2. Should have some one in the front of the house. Would never go back.!!!!

Worst staff working today on 3/23/22 @ 1:54pm not only were they rude, they had no idea what they were doing. Not to mention I got home and the order I received was incorrect and put together poorly. Called to complain and no answer. Very unpleasant experience and would be worth driving to any other Burger King in town.

Stopped by this location on after the whole 4th of July spectacle ended on the south end of town. This particular BK location has been around for a while now. Though it has gone through a few renovations since its initial opening. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the employee on the other end was prompt in taking my medium number 1 order (Whopper and a drink combo). Despite it being late and a holiday, the kitchen was quick in getting my order out. The Whopper was about as what you would expect, pretty standard and nothing extraordinary beyond that. My fires however, I felt, were already a few hours old as they had already lost some of the freshness. In all, the Santa Fe BK on St. Michaels and Llano is a reliable yet average fast food restaurant.
