We decided to grab food here rather late as we were staying at the hotel across the street and just got into town. Food was good, but service was great! Andres (I believe he is a manager) was an absolute delight, getting us to go cups for our leftover drinks, making local recommendations, and even throwing in a little treat since we mentioned we were in town for my boyfriend's birthday. I did not get the name of our server but she was also great, as was the woman who was running food. We like Chili's and visit ones near our home pretty regularly, but we've never had service like we had tonight. Thank you Andres and team for an unexpectedly nice evening!

Was seated quickly, they didn't have a soda machine up and running but they were working on it. Waitstaff was ok. I had to flag our waitress down foe a refill for myself and my father-in-law's drinks. Also waitress never stopped by to see if we needed to go boxes after I flagged her a 2nd time and I had to get them myself from the bar when I saw a stack there.

Food was fine: regular Chili's fare (though I was given broccoli twice instead of the rice and beans that were part of what I'd ordered), and they're understandably short staffed, but I have to compliment the bartender who was working when we stopped in a few times in 2021 while looking around at nearby car dealerships. Each time the presidente margarita was on point. Tasty, and enough tequila to make it enjoyable and worth the money.

Worst service ever!!! Or should I say NO Service! We got seated but no server for a whole 15 mins. No one came by to get take our drink order. Poor customer service..management. More training needed here. We figured they were short staffed but several servers ignored us on the evening of April 30th. If you consider dining here...I wish you luck and hope you get some sort of service. But lots of other choices near by. We were happily greeting and served at Applebee's less than 5 minutes!

The pasta dish we had wasn't cooked all the way and was dry. We had to wait for a seat due to lack of staff but once seated, the waiter was great!!

Service was great. Carter was our server. He made sure we were taken care of. The food was visually appealing. Tasted even better! The staff all worked together, helping with the trays and clean-up. If in Santa Fe again, I'll be dining here again!

Took my daughter's here for dinner. We ordered and they messed it up. Still we didn't complain. The waiter was very slow. We will not be back anytime soon.

Super short staffed for Saturday lunch.....BUT our waitress, wish I had got her name, was WONDERFUL! Bless her heart.
