La Mirada Raw Bar

We had a lovely time with my gf on Friday night. We came to celebrate great work achievements and we it exceeded our expectations. The chef, Balta, proposed us to do a tasting menu in 7 steps. We said we wanted to be surprised and did not want to know the dishes. He made us a menu with 20% raw veggies from the island, 10% raw meat and 70% fish. With an amazing flan in dessert. It was so good. I we had the Tierra Gaudas Albariño and it was a perfect match! We would come back!

El sitio es espectacular con unas vistas inmejorables y la comida buena. Es buena opción para disfrutar una cena mientras anochece. El único detalle que no me gusta es que te incluyan en la cuenta directamente el 10% de Service Charge, gesto que sigo sin ver en España y que afortunadamente se ve en muy pocos sitios incluidos en la Isla de Ibiza.

Premium sushi with a view. It’s not cheap but worth the price. You will dine in midst a beautiful resort on a rooftop from which one can see Es Vedrà - amazing for sunsets. The food is also breathtaking. Focus is on fish but also vegans can find something. I ordered a customized vegan roll (basically the Wagyu roll without the Wagyu) and they charged me 10€ less compared to the full price which to me is impressive customer orientation. I also loved the vegan gyozas we had as a starter. My partner had one tuna and one lobster roll and confirmed that also the seafood is super high quality. The champagne was cold and also the wind was a great choice. They have an extensive wine list where everyone will find something. Alessandro, our host, was friendly and very attentive. So were the other staff members. Service- and food-wise, definitely one of the best evenings we had on Ibiza. 100% recommendation.
