Lovely butcher. Very friendly and helpful. Meat was delicious.
Tender shoulder pork chops.
And little bone for our Teckel who thoroughly enjoyed it as well.
Two days thereafter I went back for entrecôte. The best I have eaten since we live in Spain since 2014.
Looking forward to the food experience at their food truck on Sunday night 6 August.
