My experience with pizza hut today not only didn't make any sense.i wanted delivery, was going to order a large pepperoni and cheese thin crust and was told they no longer make those so instead I ordered hand tossed, was told to give them 50 minutes for delivery.After a hour I called to find out how much longer and was told my pizza was coming out of oven and delivery driver was on his way back and my order would be next. Well it arrived which was a hour and we 15 minutes it did not just come out of oven because it was barely warm and pizza was not good at all, . I was very disappointed and don't think I will be placing another order anytime soon.

Our cheese breadsticks had really no cheese at all on them and no flavor. Pan pizza crust wasn't buttery or crunchy. Didn't taste at all like "pizza hut" should. Staff was very nice at pick up.

Slow!!!! Service. I love their pan pizza but if you order extra cheese, there's usually no "extra" cheese to be found. If you eat in the service is really slow for the amount af customers in the restaurant. I remember when the quality used to be a lot better

No in-house seating. I really was very disappointed and on top of that, no one even greeted or acknowledged us even tho we were standing at the counter to order a take out pizza since we could not sit.

I did an online order so I can have delivery because we were having a very busy afternoon. Once I submitted my payment the system said thanks for tour order now go pick up from location. If I would have known before had delivery was not available I would not have ordered. We enjoy Pizza Hut but did not anticipate having to take time for our already busy afternoon to drop everything and pick up.

Paid twice for my food and was basically call a liar by the girl who call me three times. The delivery person lied. Then I was threatened to be blocked and not be able to place orders anymore. I was so mad that pizza hut staff treated me this way. Only wanted my money back.

My order was supposed to include CHEESE sticks and it came with Bread sticks. If my order was correct I would have been happier. Overall the food tasted great and the staff was friendly.
