Good overall experience for drive thru order. I just wish when I said "double everything" & get charged for it, I don't mean a little extra. I mean, I want the toppings to be double what the normal amounts. Didn't get my $'s worth on that order but still delicious.

Hit n miss...
It's hard to get could help nowadays even with the $5 raise for children to work. And then when you call they act very sassy and we have wasted probably a hundred plus dollars for fight nights and sporting events get together. I would say one star for service and 2.5 after using my air fryer several times to get rid of the 40 plus dollars of grease saturation. That's not to mention the rude children that we have dealt with. It's not all the time but we only do that two to three times a year and actually that was after a two-year hiatus

I actually eat Long John Silvers at the Taco Bell. It was very good. The drive up person was very pleasant, which is a rarity nowadays.

I think the staff works hard and our order is usually always correct. The owner, however, does not take care of the place. The parking area has been patched & patched again for at least 10 years. It's like driving on an old wagon train route. I think he should just repave it finally. Respect your customers vehicles. Salem does a lot of business here. Spend a little money and fix the parking lot!!!!!

EVERYTHING SUCKED I got a chalupa and it was stale the nacho fries were stale and cold they forgot half the order they had old/cold cheese literally everything was bad about it except the drink and I'm surprised that wasn't messed up so either replace the night crew or just shut that whole place down because it was absolutely garbage

Very rude drive thru. I told them 3 times I wanted something before they finally responded they didn't have it. Chose something else, again repeating myself at least 3 times before being told they don't have it.
This time my order was messed up and I realized after I got home. No reasonable solution was given to correct it. Store manager cussed at me over the phone. Then refused to provide me corporate number.
