I ordered for curbside pickup on a Sunday night and called three times but no one answered the phone, so I walked in (luckily I had a mask in the car) and the worker said “we have to prioritize people inside”. I’m sorry why offer curbside pickup if you’re not going to provide that service? Also the SMALLEST açaí bowl I’ve ever purchased and it’s still full price comparable to other smoothie shops. What a rip off

I want to be clear by saying that the food here is amazing. I have never been disappointed. The customer service, not so much. Last weekend I stopped in with a friend and ordered two meals. I was told to wait outside and my order would be brought out to me. My friend and I waited 30 minutes before I went in to check. My order was waiting on a rack for online pickups. I explained to him how long we were waiting outside and that another gentleman informed us that the food would be brought out to us. I didn’t even get as much as apology from the man behind the counter. On top of it during our 30 minute wait my friend stopped in to ask if she could use the bathroom. She was told that the bathrooms are not in use (understandably) but I did not like that she was treated very rudely by one of the employees. Since I do enjoy the food here I ordered again today I for curbside pickup. Again. I waited. Ten minutes after my pickup time I called and after waiting on hold for a few minutes informed them that I was outside. The girl says “Oh. Yeah ok I’ll be right out”. I understand that these are crazy times and you are probably busy but good customer service really goes far. I typically wouldn’t complain but I talked to my cousin who said that she has had the same experience multiple times. Hopefully the staff can work to improve on this since the food really is great.
