Dairy Queen

I feel for the manager. I had a kid wait on me and get my order wrong twice then it must have been his time to go home because he left. I stood and waited for my order to be acknowledged for at least 10 minutes after he left. I had to get the attention of another worker to say I was waiting for the rest of my order. The poor manager was swamped and overwhelmed. If young people in this generation would learn to listen all of that could have been avoided. I waited so long for my order to be done correctly that my ice cream melted to liquid. It wasn't my best experience there. Sadly it was a very long and frustrating event. I spent 45 minutes waiting for something that even busy shouldn't have been more than 20 minutes. I hope they get more attentive staff. Thanks to the manager it was eventually completed.

We dropped by for ice cream. The person who took our order was obviously new. I'm not sure how experienced any of the crew was. We went through the drive-thru. They weren't very busy and there wasn't a line, only 1 car in front of us. They were quick to take our order. I asked if I could get some chocolate put into my cherry freeze and was told no that they wouldn't do that. That was disappointing. So we got a regular cherry freeze. We got a blizzard and a shake which were made the way we like them. When they made the freeze. It was obviously a training experience as 3 employees worked on it together. They over filled the cup which sounds like it would be a good thing, except they only wiped the mess off of the outside of the cup as they handed it to me, leaving a mess under the rim of the lid. Though I tried to lick off the excess, it began to melt and drip all over me, the steering wheel and all over the car. It was a mess. Obviously there's another training experience to be had on this one. The parking lot was clean. The employees were friendly but not highly organized. We were only in the drive-thru for about 7 minutes. It would have been nice if they would have added chocolate to the freeze as I asked, but overall it was a good visit with the exception of the mistake which led to the mess. Without the mess and adding chocolate to my freeze would have changed my review from 3 stars to 5...

I had high hopes for this location 1. Because I really wanted a Blizzard and 2. We just moved over here from Portland. The person that took our order sounded like she hated her life when we ordered and when we got to the window she couldn't even hear when I asked for a lid 3 times! And how do you not have drink carriers?! I hate that it's so close because I can guarantee you, I'll drive out of my way for better Custer service.

I have stopped to get a quick bite to eat at lunch time and on the way home from work at this particular dairy Queen on Lancaster. Every single time I stop there they screw up the order. Tonight I stopped for people and my family that were at my house because my grandchild was born today and the order wasn't even close to what I ordered. Only about half of it was there the service at this particular dairy Queen is the worst I've ever seen in my life. I will never stop there again

Came here at 8:15 pm on March 25th and ordered my food through the drive thru. The lady working the drive thru was just rude and very pushy. Drive thru also took 20 minutes. Girl wasn’t wearing a name tag when we pulled up. Never coming back again. No customer service at all here. Pretty sad and very unwelcoming.

Can't really review as I was never served. Pulled to the window, was greeted and told to wait, 9 minutes later still no order taker so we left. Drove back by 15 mins later and the truck that was behind us in line was STILL at the window waiting for their order. Would usually give the benefit of the doubt, bad days happen, but the employees were visible thru the window, and weren't doing anything but talking.
