I wasn't aware the chili burger is open faced and they cut your buns. First timer here and wasn't happy about it. :( My husband 2 children and I weren't aware of the chili burger. I called and told them we would not be going to be able to eat all of our burgers correctly how I wanted to. It was messy the fires were soggy and the lady told me that's how the boss wants it and how everyone automatically knows how it comes served? She told me the manager name is Janet and that's how she wants it? She didn't offer to apologize or even say hey maybe we can fix this. My opinion on this is, if this is how you serve your chili burger then please do new customers and visitors favor and put a simple note on your menu stating that is how it is served. Never in my life has this happend. We always order chili burgers so we thought nothing of it. We recently moved here from out of state and chili burgers our my game favorite. I will not come back to order from here since we never got the quality of a response I was hoping to get...my family and friends come out here from out of state and I take them all over to try new places and I was hoping one day to be able to show them you guys..

Had seen this place for years and never gone in. Invited some coworkers for a department lunch today. The food was quick, and the Large meal was plenty to fuel us for the afternoon. It's not much to write home about as far as unique taste or anything like that, but the fries were freshly cooked and thick, which was nice. They have 3 basic burger sizes and options to put on the burger. I'd go again, if for no other reason than to try other additions.

We have came here frequently over the years. The food has always been fantastic. The ladys working are always pleasant. I feel like the cleanliness has slowly declined. We were the first people in the dining room today and there's straw wrappers and garbage on the floor. Seats look like they weren't wiped down. Our bench had salt all over it. Really wish they would renovate and focus on cleanliness. There's nothing worse then going in somewhere and its dirty.

Just got the chili burger. This place is not some fast food joint and takes pride in their product! Very classic and traditional chili burger with all the fixins and ready for some great fork action! Really love the traditional flavor and great messy presentation. Get extra napkins if you are a chili burger connoisseur because this awesome and flavorful experience is just as you would imagine!

Got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and ranch: The fries are virtually tasteless and mushy, not fresh. 99% sure the ranch is hidden valley, and doesn’t pair particularly well with the fries. The burger patty was devoid of salt, seasoning, or flavor. The bacon was paper thin. Portion size was pretty good, but based on flavor / quality I won’t be back.

They mixed up mine and my friends meals and when we asked for them to be fixed they just swapped the patties (if there were any issues with allergies something terrible could have happened) but then forgot to add the correct toppings on my burger and my friend's had toppings on theirs that they asked not to be put on (another allergy issue that could have happened) and the fries were not hot and tasted old. The customer service was sub par and the food was not satisfying. I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.
