Taco Bell

They’ve started filling their little cups of nacho cheese up only halfway or LESS! I had to order 3 to get the equivalent of one full cup. This is seriously how it came I hadn’t used any yet! (Pic included) All 3 cups I got looked like that….. they’re practically empty. I would love to say this was a one time thing but it’s happened to me the last 3 times I’ve ordered nacho fries. I think they’re doing it on purpose to save money or something. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I PAID EXTRA for cups with nothing in them.

I want to be sure to recognize the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Care and service of Dennis who was in charge of attending to the needs of myself (and my family) at the time. Dennis was filling in for Angel during our visit to Taco Bell and he truly made sure we had the most enjoyable time he could. He was on top of EVERYTHING, from making sure our space was clean and sanitary to sit at, to the cashier duties, to double checking we enjoyed our food, and really most everything else. ("The works" as they say.) We were very impressed by him and we felt very good about our meal and overall visit by the time we left. I would definitely return if he was the attending employee at the next visit! Top Marks for this visit to Taco Bell! AAA+++

First- I asked for a lot of mild and hot sauce. They responded with 2 of each is a lot. I ordered chips and cheese, with a side of extra cheese. They gave me a side of shredded cheese... With a bunch of lettuce mixed in! Why?! There should have been no need for extra reiterating with the way I ordered. 🤦‍♀️ There is something so wrong with this world today.

After putting in an order for $30, I was handed a bag with 4 items in it. When I asked for the rest of my food I was given attitude. When I was finally actually given my food, I wasn't given a receipt. This tacobell location is notorious for shorting orders, and this time was the most wrong order hand off I'd seen yet. Always check what you get before you pull away. Update: went back today and bought another $30 in food, had the order read back, twice, and they still shorted items on my order. Go to Aiberrto's the next block over, get better food and actually get it in the bag.
