Little Caesars

I door dashed my order today and ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza & they sent us a cheese plain pizza & not only that I have called at LEAST 15 times in a row yet no answer I can’t go down to the place because I don’t have a car hence door dashing. This is not the first time commercial street little Caesars has messed up my order this time they have fully earned a bad review last time I’ll be going through here.

Mediocre pizza at best, and completely lacking customer service. Yes, it's great to be able to pick up a couple of cheap pizzas on my way home, but the complete lack of customer service is appalling. What does management and ownership teach these days? You should at least open the window and say you'll be right with the customer instead of letting them wait 5 minutes for you to be acknowledged. Then, instead of interrupting the customer as they make their request... also off-putting. As this young group complained about not being able to leave until the place was "spotless" before shoving my pizzas at me and slamming the window, I was compelled to think about how management AND their parents have failed them by not teaching them basic manners. "Please" and "thank you" go a long way!

Wow, as I’ve been formulating my words for this review, I’m still met with disbelief about this poor service. I ordered through Little Caesars, which was scheduled to be delivered. I never received it, despite being notified that my order was dropped off. Nobody called me to let me know they had dropped it off, nor did they say where. I’ve tried to call the store at least five times now… no answer, and their voicemail box is full. I then tried to call Little Caesar’s corporate customer service, and after nearly half an hour of waiting on the line, I gave up. Certainly a lot of frustration for one mediocre pizza. Spare your energy and just try somewhere else.

This place is a busy location. It's probably a good idea to call and order ahead. If not you could be waiting from 10 - 20 minutes. This location obviously hires young folks to work there and it shows. The young woman behind the counter got my order wrong which caused me and additional 10 minutes while I waited for another pizza to get cooked . In total I waited 30 minutes for some drive thru pizza. 3 weeks ago when I was there , again, another long wait ,the guy behind the counter came out and smoked a blunt in his blue suv while customers were waiting in line in the drive thru . He then ran back in coughing to take orders from those that just watched him smoking his blunt. To top it off he had a pot leaf on his ball cap. You can make you're own mind up on this location. This will be the LAST time Little Skeezers gets a dime outta me.

They took my order and payment at the drive thru window then told me it'd be 15 min. Would have preferred to know that before, but okay. Was told to park and they'd wave me in. I waited for over 15 minutes then went in and was greeted and asked what I wanted. Told them I'd already ordered, they checked the system, my order wasn't in the computer. Then the employee who'd helped me at the window came out from the back and was like "oh yeah it didn't input". And... ya'll just let me sit in thr parking lot and didn't make my thing? So I said screw it and asked what was already made, took a cheese pizza for a dollar more, and left.

Got crazy bread and when I got home to eat it there’s green spots in the middle layer of the bread. Didn’t want to think it was mold so I tried calling the store multiple times and no one will answer. I called a different lil Cesar store and they told me they only put butter and parmesan on top. Looking at it it’s not herbs it’s mold.

I inquired the cost of adding extra ingredients to my Hula Lula pizza. I was informed that it cost $2 per ingredient. Thinking that this was a little excessive, I opted to take it how it came. Little did I know that the amount of toppings had been decreased. I was very disappointed. The cheese and toppings came nowhere close to the edge and there were barely enough toppings to be able to know what kind of pizza it was. I will not be returning.
