For my purpose, picking up an order to deliver, this was a 5 star visit. I walked in and there was already a young man standing there who saw me and waited for my approach. He was polite and promptly went to get the order. In the very short meantime, I was nicely greeted and asked by a lady if I had been helped as well. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! Perfect.

We go to Applebee’s quite a lot. We like their food and when we dine in, the service is usually very good. My biggest issue is with their food portions. I like to get my money’s worth. This meal cost me $30!!! This is part of the 2 for 22 something deal. For our app we got spinach artichoke dip. Now my husband’s meal came to $26 as both his sides also cost $1.99 extra per item. He had the same issue as me with the small portions. I just didn’t take a photo of his meal. Just so you understand why it was $30. It cost me $1.99 extra to get broccoli with cheese. Since I wanted both my sides broccoli with cheese, I paid basically $4 extra over what the meal normally cost. Just for cheese. Then the topping on my tiny steak was another $3.99. I got a total of 4 shrimp at that cost plus some Parmesan sauce. So $8 over the initial price for some cheese on my broccoli and 4 shrimp!! This is absurd. We also ordered spinach artichoke dip. In person dining, you get a full bowl. The ‘to go’ container is barely filled. Today, not a happy customer. 😞

Awful. It was a late night meal and I left an email to the franchise to complain about my Medium steak being Well done. However I was told there was nothing they could do about it. They also didn't accept my husband's I.D. Because it had a bend in it. It was a takeout order so when I got it home I realized my food wasn't cooked correctly and they were closing for the night in about 20 minutes. I literally couldn't bring it back. I didn't have enough time. I would recommend another place to people. Especially for steak. People should not have to get a brand new I.D. to drink a margarita or a beer. Ridiculous.

Waiter was nice but food was over salted and very cold. We dined in today on a really mellow Sunday. It took about 39 minutes to receive my luke warm ribs and really salty and cold fries. I could have sent it back but didn't have the time. I could tell you about how bad the ribs were but what's the use.

just found a LONG black hair in my food, i know it’s not mine because i have shorter platinum blond hair… please wear your hair back, payed a lot for me to just end up being grossed out, not going to this location again, hopefully can get a refund…

Eating out is a treat for my family. When I called them about what went wrong the manager told me that because I went through doordash they couldn't do anything. I told him that it came out of their kitchen doordash was a delivery service. He said he could not help me. Can you freaking believe that? Never again with this restaurant!
