Bad service, but decent food considering.
Store 565 Lancaster
Is the store I’ve had the most trouble with. The last three orders I made were missing items, they have also in the past just given me the wrong things. I wish they could get their staff to pay better attention to the details. Not a location that I would recommend to anybody that wants a hassle free transaction.

Never had such a bad experience with Taco Bell until today. The potatoes were over cooked and crunchy, which is hard to do considering I’ve worked at Taco Bell and it’s one of the easiest items to make. And as I am typing this right now I literally just bit into my burrito and there was a blonde hair inside of it... disappointing.

We came in to get a refund from being double charged a few days ago. Walk in at 10:30 am to a dirty environment, sticky floors with pooled up water on them, and no other customers. We are instructed to wait up to thirty mins for a manager to arrive. We decide to order some food and wait. No other customers for, it's been 29 mins haven't seen 1, and we get our food and it's all cold. They replace it with wrong items, then complain that we complained.
Clean your damn facilities and learn how to make hot food please.

My mom and I came here for dinner and the food was fine but I really would not go to this location for there freezes because they never have them. To me it seems like they never have the"time" to make them. That and if you go in to the store its self it seems like the counter staff doesn't care if you are in there. He was more concerned with talking to the cook staff and the drive through staff then helping costomers. But when I was lied to about the freeze machine is down but all the staff has one and I can clearly see that the machine is up and working. I tend to get a little mad.

They had no one to take orders or working the front counter so had to use the kiosk, that's fine and all but then trying to get anyone's attention to get the drinks and food we were missing was rather difficult as they made hardly any effort to acknowledge anyone's presence who appeared at the register which was frustrating. The staff was courteous once you could get their attention. No ice in the machine and almost every table was ditrty

We normally go to this location because it has kinder employees however, lately they have been messing up our orders. We received burrito supremes instead of beefy five layers today. (They we’re even wrapped like beefy five layers) They are very very different.

** this is the second time i had something wrong at this place** this last time I had a mid size order in which 2 chalupas out of the number 6 combo were missing (comes with 2 chalupa and a hard taco). I thankfully checked before we drove away. I went inside and showed them, although they were really nice for giving me the 2 chalupas and a cupon, I got home and the chalupas were like this. Apparently 2 strands of chicken were enough! Well the pic says it all!! Their chicken quesadillas barely have any chicken and sauce. Drinks were wrong. We paid for steak on one of them and they gave us chicken instead.

This past year, it has gone down hill. Randomly closing early w/ no posted signs. The staff forgetting to tell us they are out of several items and instead just waiting for us to complain that items are missing. No excuse, other taco bells are doing fine/better. This one sucks.
