I ordered a single scoop of mango ice cream the store was clean. I had a hard time choosing they had a lot of different ones. It wasn't very busy when I was in there. I strongly recommend Baskin and Robbins

The ice cream cake I ordered for my son's birthday looked awesome and tasted amazing. Each Oreo had a different flavor that I picked out. It was like getting a mini scoop of goodness on top the ice cream cake itself :) They did a great job. The lady customized it exactly the way I asked and she was very friendly. Would recommend letting it sit out then putting it back in the freezer for a while before serving to soften the cake.

I ordered a Frozen 2 themed ice cream cake, chocolate cake with Oreo ice cream, with Sarah and it was AMAZING. It looked beautiful, with high quality decorations that we can use as keepsakes for my kid. Thank you BR31 in west Salem for being the best and creating special memories for our family!

The staff here are very kind. They understand the value of their customers and treat each customer as if they were a "regular". They will try to understand what you want and will try to accommodate you. They also have various items they can make that are not actually listed on the menu. I would recommend requesting an old fashioned chocolate soda.

I was blown away by the cake decoration for my daughter's birthday cake! It was not your average ice cream cake...it was gorgeous! Absolutely perfect. I really can't rate them high enough! They were also very helpful and had me in and out quickly. I highly recommend this location for your cakes!

Ice cream cake ordering is easy. The owners are truly kind and care about your order. We ordered enough where the owner knows my voice by phone.
Clean and family friendly. Responsive to our quirky orders. Even knows what it is generally. :)
