Dear Hawiian Time, I paid almost $18 for this meal...I ordered Extra chicken and Extra veggies. The pile on the right is mostly rice and I have a whopping 10 pieces of chicken. This is ridiculous and there is absolutely no more meat or veggies than if I had paid the regular amount for this food. You did however manage to give me my weights worth of rice and mac...and I said no Mac. This is the 2nd time this has happened out of the last 2 visits. We are 0/2 for correct orders. 😞

The service was AMAZING. She was so helpful for us. I did not get her name but it was an 11:45 pickup for a very large order that was broken up into two. We usually have a hard time with getting good service but this time it was great and the order was correct 100%. Great job guys

I'll take a small #6 hot or the Chinese Chix Salad no shrooms please! High fives and huge thanks to the Wallace St crew. Somehow I left my credit card there. Took me several days to discover it. They found it and kept it safe in their safe. THANK YOU!!!!
December 15: Changing my rating after 3 failed attempts at getting my order correct in the last month. I ordered 1 regular medium spicy #6 and ordered a second one but asked for vegies instead of the extra scoop of rice and macaroni salad. The order taker even confirmed with me that yes, I wanted rice, just not the extra side scoop. What is wrong with the picture I attached? EVERYTHING! I am very disappointed. How hard is it to get the order correct? I paid $24 for this.

The quality and quantity has taken such a nosedive the last few months. We keep trying but are disappointed each time. You get a half a scoop of Mac salad (if you’re lucky) and a couple pieces of chicken. They are even skimping on the rice. They have raised all their prices on everything but totally skimping on the food given. Ridiculous and greedy.

Ordered a regular plate and a large chicken plate with veggies and we paid 29 dollars for both plates to have 6 pieces of chicken and just bell peppers and onions.

I was watching workers through the drive thru window and noticed a worker putting containers of sauce in another container. He dropped a couple on the filthy floor and picked them up and added those to the rest. Those containers are added inside your food box and touch the food! Not only is the floor filthy, but the rice cooking machine had brown stuff all over the outside. Clearly not cleaned in a while. I always enjoyed the food, but won't go back because of the lack of cleanliness.

When you're missing the Land of Aloha, stop here for great food, service and reasonable prices! They have an awesome selection of Hawaiian Plate Lunch items, perfectly prepared, and ready to serve. We selected for take out today. They have drive up window to order and pick up, plus you can order online. Do yourself a favor and give Hawaiian Time a try, they'll have you coming back for more.

Worst Hawaiian time there is. If you go in the last hour they do not give you any meat. The last 3 times I’ve gone there they have stiffed me and given me a tiny scoop of chicken which is the cheapest meat there is. Definitely won’t be going back…
