Silver Skillet Restaurant

Simple comfort food made to order. I've only eaten here twice. Both times were after hours and oy a couple of other customers inside. The place gets very busy on the weekends mostly breakfast hours. It's always very clean and has a self serve drink area. Don't forget to grab your napkins and silverware while getting your drink. Again I've eaten here two times so I have yet to explore more of the menu. Both time I've ordered a different burger and both times I was satisfied. If anything was to change I'd say the portion size. It's a good serving sive but why not have more.

We had lunch here and it was good. We enjoyed the chicken strips, fries, tea, and beers. The service was good and nice atmosphere. They have a variety of food to order. I definitely recommend stopping in to eat if you want a quick bite to eat. Also, we enjoyed playing the pinball machines too. They also have tv screens playing various things. Such a nice spot to unwind in.

Best food .. Best service . Hands down this is Best place to food after hours ! I love the pinball games there I'm addicted I think to the ribs .... smoked to perfection ! Always good ...The service is great I have to hand it to them . Its a different atmosphere ... calm soothing .. the manager there is really hands on and is great . She alone is the reason I come back . Besides her great looks( she's married) Gina I think her name is.. she's really helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for her guests . Like I said she's the reason I come back . It's hard to find a place that treats you like a guest instead of a customer so I'll be coming back here for all my late night food and pinball cravings .....

Our burning man bus came in 15 min before closing. We were all tired after the hassle it was to get out of Black Rock, covered in mud and hungry. The team was kind enough to make us all good food (nothing poorly made or badly put together) which was amazing. The manager kept a smile on her face the entire time and made sure we all got what we needed. Thank you for feeding us and apologies for the mess we made with all the dust!

My wife and I decided to try out the 49er Diner for breakfast, and we were not disappointed. The ordering process was simple: we chose from the menu, paid at the counter, and were seated by the friendly staff. The two ladies working that day were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. I ordered the Pancake breakfast while my wife went for the Long haul burrito. Both dishes were delicious, and we enjoyed our beverages - I had hot tea while my wife had hot coffee. If you end up with leftovers, you can even ask for to-go boxes. What really made the 49er Diner stand out was the atmosphere. The place had a great vibe, with truckers coming and going, giving the diner an authentic feel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend the 49er Diner to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot!
