Del Taco

I go to this Del Taco on Arden & Howe probably three times a week, and usually late at night. The food is always fresh and hot and put together like food ought to be. I have only ever encountered three cashiers --- and one of them has the most outstanding customer service that is worthy of a five-star restaurant, not even exaggerating. One of the others seems to know the menu and the restaurant in such great detail and he is really goofy but very nice, and the other gal is just as nice and has great customer service too. Thanks to you overnight-shifters! It's a bizarre thing to go to a Del Taco at 12am in an area that can be sometimes "busy" once businesses close each day, yet be able to get delicious fast food and a nice interaction with employees. Thanks!

It's fortunate but I came through early morning. I suppose right before lunch which was pretty dumb. But I didn't realize that this was going to happen. Anyway, I go through the drive through my Van seems to just quit. I'm wondering wow, what's going on. I converted it into living arrangements. So I built a bed in there and a desk in. I have some other stuff and it's pretty heavy. Only have one friend with me. I got heart failure in 2019 so I couldn't push that thing whatsoever. I went inside to tell the lady what was going on She was very helpful. She decided to open the back door and let me plug in my extension card to give my Van a jump from my charger which would only take a few minutes at that time it got busy seemed like when it rains the poor's right. Anyway. They were very helpful. We got the Van out of there. They let me set it in the front where we could actually get the Van. Too wasn't far because it's so heavy. For about 2 and a 1/2 hours for me to take the battery and the charger. To my mom's house, which she lived around the corner there on bell and charge it. Bring it back, put it back in my Van and off. I went didn't really enjoy the food too much. But I love the food. So that day. I was more concerned about my band. Thank you whoever you were. I wish I knew your name. I appreciate you and God bless you.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the chicken taco salad I ordered. Portion size was very generous for a lunch meal priced at $7. The lettuce was crispy and the salsa, guac, and grilled marinated chicken were all fresh. After bringing it back to the office, it tasted great with some personal Tapatio hot sauce squirted all over it to spice it up a bit.

Every time I come to this location I get treated so respectfully the manager is so kind and sweet she listens she fulfills the order to her best ability she makes it a wonderful experience just to goto fast food. I often see some of the employees even being polite and helping out the homeless this is so special. Do you like Del Taco and you want a good location this is the place to be! keep UP THE GOOD WORK
