Round Table Pizza

Customer service was outstanding pizza was fresh everything was perfectly cooked I couldn’t ask for a better perfect Wait it in my Wednesday night Thanks again to all the staff for the free complimentary drink I would definitely be back in the future and PS shout out to the cashier forgot his name but a man keep that up customer service is everything in the field thanks again

I gotta give credit where credit is due. I put my order in and five minutes later I parked because I was dumb and forgot about the $8 deal till the last second haha. Decided to get my soda and wait, not more than a couple minutes passed and one of the girls is at my door with my pizza already! Timer did say 30 so I definitely wasn't expecting it that fast. The two girls working the front are very polite and friendly.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST ROUND TABLES AROUND!!! I used to manage a Round Table back in the 80's and know what to look for. My wife is a secret shopper so I am extra picky when it comes to customer service. The new owner is TERRIFIC!!! Several other Round Tables are owned by an out of town of owner who is just letting them "circle" the drain. I have to travel an extra 8 miles RT to go to this Round Table but it's worth it. I eat at Round Table about 3 times a week. The first time I went in here, I met Raj the owner who actually greeted me when I walked in, talked about the different beers he had on tap and why his Pizza was better than the competition. I've been in here about 8 times and the employees always greet me, the pizza is out in 20 minutes, full of toppings (the way a Round Table should be) and you can taste the difference! One time there was a hitch in the giddy-up when ordering a pizza. The employee (I think her name was Sky) called the owner on the phone to work it out. Not only did he not just fix the problem over the phone, he did one better than that and drove down and fixed it IN PERSON! Now that's Customer Service!

This Round table is in a sketchy location, especially in the evenings. The store inside is clean. Salad bar is closed. Pick up, delivery, or curbside pickup. There are chairs inside to sit if your waiting to pick up an order, there is no dine in available at this time. The pizza here is always delivered nice and hot, one of my favorite places to order pizza from. Check their website to check out any specials they have available . When its busy expect to wait over an hour for delivery.
