The food is good and the service was good too. Our waitress was in "hurry up and go,go,go" mode. We felt a bit rushed and hurried to sit and order. Filling up our coffees in such a rush, that a bit splashed over the cups. She was not rude, but I don't think that she even told us her name or asked how we were doing or any small talk that waitresses/waiters usually have with customers. Maybe it was just super busy that morning? We will definitely go back in the near future. The desserts look delicious!

It took a while to get our meal but I also know it's Christmas holiday and they were slammed with people picking up their pies and I don't know maybe they were a little shorthanded but our service person Lucia was so pleasant and so sweet we really enjoyed her

I purchased two cooked turkeys for our church's Thanksgiving meal. They were well worth the price as it allowed me to go directly to church well rested, fresh and clean, and early enough to help in the kitchen. Thank you Marie! 😃 See you next year.

Seriously, deliciously sweet pies!

My kid likes the fries and club sandwich...
I like the consistent flow of elderly, going in and out.
I also like the new owner, who made the pies there for 25yrs, then live his dream of ownership...
He thanks God for the blessing, I said it was probably his hard work, and dreams that made it happen, because God is usually super busy with other stuff, apparently.

This lovely place is a hidden gem if you haven't heard of it! I love their pies, and breakfast. I like the double egg dare ya(Breakfast platter)! It comes with your choice of red country potatoes or hash browns, eggs, bacon and sausage links. (I like to get all bacon) It also comes with 2 pancakes and a slice of french toast! Sometimes I am a big breakfast person. But they also have breakfast sandwiches and other dishes. I recommend this place if you like a little quaint place. Bonus is when they have certain pies on sale! Come check them out and see if it's for you!

MC is my go-to place for pies. Since I have to limit sugar due to being diabetic it's a godsend to be able to get a fresh baked fruit pie with less sugar. And they're always served with a smile. I have tried their other food items like pot roast and breakfast items. Was disappointed with the pot roast, meat was tough and flavors were lacking. Breakfast was basic, not bad but not great either. I'd stick to pies only.

Took the wife and her mother to breakfast, it was outstanding. Really have stepped up quality since my last visit, food and the service were outstanding. A little pricey but well worth it, portions were huge! Took pics of what we brought home.

My dad owned this place in the 90s-00s and my brothers and I used to work here. Very good memories. Besides the great food, the people and community really make this place very special, workers and customers alike.
I stopped working here in 2005, but visited over the years when I'm in town. I visited March and had the half sandwich and soup combo along with a couple of Coronas. The waitress was very nice (Connie if I remember her name) and very attentive, and the place was packed! I did go during lunch time, but my goodness I was happy to see the place still thriving. The host and cashier were pleasant as they welcomed me, and the owner/manager Abraham was present and talking with and addressing the customers like they were family.
I will always love a Marie Callender's but this one, and the one in Riverside (southern California) will always be my favorites to go to.
I highly recommend any of the home style plates, any of the pies, especially the cream ones, and the cornbread. The only thing I will say is the breakfast isn't really their strong suit, although they do their best, probably the Quiche is the best as a breakfast item.
Glad to see the decor and overall look is kept up well.
