This is the BEST way to enjoy sushi. No more spending gargantuan amounts of more just so you can try more sushi rolls. Portions are fairly small and moderately cheap, so you can try a lot in one visit! It's a special and amusing life experience that will have you giggling and will give you lasting memories

I love going here, atmosphere is not anything special, but food is great! It's fun to watch it all rolling by along with the robot delivery of drinks... watch out tho cause it's easy to loose track of the cost as you grab yummy plate after yummy plate !

I’ve gone here twice and each time I enjoy it to the FULLEST. As does my appetite. Cool concept of the revolving belt with items of your liking and choice without having to have a whole roll of them be item. Also another great way of trying a new dish without feeling as though it’s being wasted of do not like it. Ordering through the screen is another great way to get other items not available on the belt. Ramen, potstickers, hot tea etc. this atmosphere is loud but as you’re eating you really don’t realize it as much. Revolving plates run just under $4 each. Adds up quickly but again well worth it to me. Restrooms here are also clean

This was my first-ever experience at any sort of revolving sushi bar! What I loved about it was that 95% of everything was automatic. We had a cute little robotic server rolling around, bringing us drinks we ordered via a touchscreen at our table. No need to flag down a waiter! The food plates were right there on the conveyor belt, so you could easily grab whatever tempted your taste buds. What's cool is that the empty plates magically slid into the wall, and the computer kept track of how much we'd devoured. When it was time to settle up, we used the touchscreen again, and I conveniently paid with Apple Pay. No fuss, no hassle. And the best part? The food was fresh and tasty. They even had a decent selection for folks with dairy restrictions like my girlfriend. Overall, it was a great experience, and I can't wait to go back for more sushi adventures at Kura. 🍣🤖👍

First time dining at Kura. We struggled at first to grasp the order and service of the Willy Wonka style sushi 🍣 bar. But we mastered the system. We tried many different dishes and were pleased with all of the selections.

The restaurant was very high-tech, with robots delivering the drink, a conveyer belt to get your orders quickly, and another conveyer belt with a variety of foods circulating. The plate count mechanic was cool as well.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, one of the best sushi places here in Sacramento. This is my third day here! I love that it has so many varieties. I have tried all of the rolls, but my most favorite sushi rolls would have to be the Philadelphia roll, Tiger roll, Dragon roll, Popcorn Shrimp roll, and the Crunchy Roll. Overall, all the sushi’s were delicious! This is a great place to go to for a date or to meet with friends. It’s very unique and fun. I love the concept of the robot and conveyor belt. Kura revolving sushi bar never disappoints me. You can eat until heart desires or eat until it is just enough. Be aware most plates cost $3.50-$4.50 depending on the sushi rolls. My boyfriend and I ate up to 18 plates and it cost about $60. We were super stuffed, but it was totally worth the price for how much we ate. The plates are placed into a token dispenser, where you can earn a small prize up to you 15 plates. One of my favorite appetizers would have to be takoyaki it was super delicious! (But if you’re not a fan of seafood, it is not for you). The ramen was tasty and very aromatic. Meanwhile, the ice cream was creamy, smooth, and slightly sweet. It has vanilla ice cream on the bottom with a nicely battered hot fried fish dessert on top.

This place is amazing! After going to a conveyer belt in Japan, this place is the closest I have found in the states and it felt like I was back in Japan. For US prices, almost all the plates are at 3.50 a plate, and especially with specialty cuts like Salmon toro and eel, make a very reasonable price. The display in each table allows for easy, fast service, and you see your plate count so you can watch your wallet but still enjoy the meal. You can also order drinks and extra food that is delivered via the second convenyer belt on top. You can pay via QR code or via attendant, and when we were there servers were able to come by in less than a minute. Would highly recommend!

The food is good and I like the minimal interaction donde they automated a lot of their service. It can get busy and you may need to wait a while. It's easy to run up your bill here and to overeat. If you're not into sushi, they do offer cooked dishes. Okay for smaller parties (3-4 people) best for shingles and couples.
