No 1 Buffet

A place to go for a variety of good food. Family oriented and friendly staff. There is a lot of traffic so the floors may not be perfect but the staff will get to. They have a fresh soup or stir fry bar where you can put together your own stir fry or soup bowl. They have out front parking which is convenient. Every time I go, I'm satisfied. It's not the prettiest setting but it is accommodating to say the least. Perfect for a family outing, friends and dinner parties.

I've been going here since it opened and it's good. Seafood day is the best time to come if you like seafood because they have crab legs. I've always had a great experience here whether it's the food, the staff or the customers. My kids have grown up eating here and they've learned how to be good customers from this restaurant. The food is good and doesn't cause my non gallbladder self to run to the bathroom right after eating (that means it's not greasy). The food is fresh, hot and your standard Chinese food buffet. You can't go wrong.

This place is great! Brings out the childhood memories of going to a buffet after church and hitting the spot. Ingredients were fresh for the most part. Decent customer service, punctual with refilling beverage. All things considered, I recommend anyone to come to this place for fast, cheap, and great food.

Fantastic value, everything was hot and fresh and well prepared. The servers were friendly and attentive which is not always the case at a buffet! Very pretty koi pond with waterfall at the entrance was pretty, too. We didn't know about the Mongolian or Korean BBQ options until we had already loaded up a plate so we'll have to go back to try those next time.

First time here .. was recommended by a friend. Very impressed of the way dishes were presented .. roomy, variety of Seafood. Whole steam fish, Fried fish, Tilapia fillet steam, Shrimp .. diff ways .. with sauce, fried Also .. They have Chicken feet .. delicious. Well cooked pigs feet. They even have fresh Pork, Shrimp.. for them to Grill it. They have another Grill section . You pick your vegetables, choice of meat n Noodles on a plate .. they cooked it for you .. they add sauce. The lady was not friendly .. she was eating n wanted me to wait 10 min !! And didn't like the sauce n it wasn't cooked enough ! She just turned on the grill ... Some vegetables wasn't cooked well ! But overall, good food. Lots of room. They have Senior rate. It's a toss up between No 1 Buffet n Yum Buffet

I’ve been here countless times it’s my go to Chinese buffet in sacramento. They have a big selection of warm and hot foods. There is also a sushi section, salad bar, they even have a griddle so you can pick ingredients and they’ll whoop it up for you! They have a lot of seating inside so waiting isn’t usually an issue. Normal average seats nothing fancy. It is a hit and miss with the servers. Someone’s you’ll have some who are very attentive other times you have to flag them down.

Definitely a great place for family meals. I was also surprised by the low price considering the large variety of food items and overall quality of food! All food was freshly prepared and yummy including oysters, sushi, sashimi, crawfish and shrimps. The only exception was some of the crabs not being very fresh. But overall it was still beyond our original expectations, definitely will revisit when we get to the area. Very acceptable price for a family of 4.
