We’ve been coming here for more than 10 years and I believe the food is better now than back then, and back then it was already one of my favorite restaurants. Everything is so fresh and delicious and service is top notch as well. Kind owners run this place and it’s always such a treat to visit them. Thank you for continuously putting out fantastic delicious food and good service as well in a nice environment!!

Our favorite sushi place in Natomas ❤️ Family owned and run. Their sashimi and rolls are super yummy and fresh!! I highly recommend this place to all sushi lovers. Price are very reasonable and kid friendly environment. You will not be disappointed!!

This is a late review from my dine in a few nights ago. I never left a review before but being that this was my first time dining in this restaurant and everything turned out great for me. The atmosphere was very peaceful and everyone was very welcoming. It was a place where I can actually feel at peace with myself and the food was good for first time. I would definitely come back here to dine in

This was a very fun and awesome experience dining at this place. Very traditional style, felt like we traveled to Japan for a bit to eat. Staff were amazing, very friendly and passionate. Food was awesome, who ever made it, special Thank you. Keep up the good yumminess. Will come again. Very clean and great environment to relax and enjoy great food.

In a nutshell; Good food, nice staff, booth has a very traditional style to it which may be a bit uncomfortable to some buy beyond that, pretty decent establishment
Starting with the food, I applaud that the portion for the combo/mixed tempura is filling and could almost be an entree. Some establishments give their mixed tempura sparingly and can just be gone In a few bites. The tempura sauce can use some work but good tempura nonetheless. Got a lion king that came with a topping of sweet potato fries which is relatively new to me as most establishments don't top it with sweet potato fries, which was a welcome addition to it. Taste was up to par and was filling if you don't mind the carb on carb combo. The wait for our food wasn't that long. The hostess great and accommodating. The booth had a really nice Japanese tatami mat style look to it but the design of the booth and with just a tiny pillow to cushion your tooshie may be uncomfortable to some if you sit too long. Music being played also fit the theme.
Went here for a 2nd time. Another pleasant experience. Will go again.

Great Japanese restaurant. High quality, fresh fish. This is our go to sushi spot. We've been to many. The Fisherman's Island is the best sushi roll in Sacramento. Maybe the best I've ever tasted. Go there just for that.

Great sushi option here in Natomas. The rolls were very fresh and tasty; we liked the visual menu so you can decide accordingly. Bento box and sides were also delicious. Very nice staff and fun booths to sit at. We will be back for more date nights.

The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The plates were a work of art! The staff made us feel at home and were very gracious. We forgot to take pictures because we ate it too fast!

I stopped by for the first time for lunch. Very nice aesthetics, I really enjoyed the cozy, atmosphere, I was welcomed and seated right away. The food was very good, many of the standard items we're used to were on the menu. The staff was wonderful as well.
