In-n-out Burger

The place is always busy, but the employees are quick so they're prepping and dispatching orders as soon as they're ready, they're always helpful if you need extra items (napkins, yellow chili's, if Ketchup container is empty, etc). We prefer to go inside because the drive thru is always super packed.

The in and out and then again in burger is always a good place to eat. Why ? A few simple reasons: 1. Cleanliness 2. Service 3. Time 4. Freshness 5. Price 6. Simplicity Every In-&-out burger place is always clean, clean restrooms, clean servers. There customer service is very pleasing, and they are quick to prepare your order and all of it with freshest produce possible. Their prices are very competitive. Plus they don't have three hundred items on the menu. Just basic five or six items. There is no chance that you can say that their burger was not tasty. And they have strict standards. Their employees are always appear happy. Much better than all the others.

Ok what can I say that you don't know? They are fast, quality, & delicious food. (Except their fries, gross) They have a very limited simple menu that just makes me smile. I t would seem that a large verity of options would be more desirable, but it's really not. Their stream lined system that pushes the longest lines in the industry (maybe not chick-fil-a is close) through in a satisfyingly fast pase. A larger menu only causes slow down and indecision. And in the kitchen mistakes. Not once in the years I've got to in and out has their ever been a mistake with my food, and I'm picky. I modify everything. No mistake by them at least, I've forgotten to say no spread or onion a few times but it's always me. Never them. It's hard to admit that. And their always cheerful young people with smiles and good attitudes. I guess that's what employees are like when they have liveable wages and healthcare. It seems like the formula works. You know as well as I do they got great simple food, nice happy people taking your orders and a nostalgia about them that feels like what America is supposed to be. I hope other companies try to "bite" their style.
