Chili's Grill & Bar

I love going to this Chili's at the Arden location. I never have to wait too long for the table or you can choose your own table at the bar area. My favorite item in the menu is their frozen margaritas. I order it with their 3-For-Me menu. Not really the best deal since they tack-in an extra $3.50 for the margs and extra $3.50 for the cheesecake, and you'll still end up with a $60 bill for 2 people. Love it eitherwise.

Chilis: 4/5 I haven’t been to Chili’s in a while, but I was very happy about this experience. I ordered a Texas cheese fry with extra cheese, of course and it came out just as I wanted it to. The server was nice. Maybe we will come here again for happy hour because they have very good deals on mixed drinks. We also ordered a molten lava cake which never fails. The manager also looked very happy so it was nice to see a good atmosphere. It was also pretty fast service for Saturday afternoon.

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a satisfying casual dining experience. Their diverse menu includes flavorful Tex-Mex dishes, juicy burgers, and tasty appetizers. While the service is generally good, expect occasional delays during peak hours. Prices are reasonable, making it a solid choice for a relaxed meal out.

Was extremely busy and my family had to wait for an hour before I got there but when I got there and checked on the seating, we were seated almost immediately. We had a couple of issues with the service and had to wait a while for our server to take our orders. A couple of times we had to get another employee to get our server for us. I had the most amazing drink. It was a strawberry patron freeze. It is my new favorite drink. Everyone tasted it and absolutely loved it. I will be back and I will be having another one of those for sure.

The bartender that I had tonight 8/17, she provided some of the best service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I let her know that I had a very rough week, and she saw to it that I enjoyed myself because she had a similar situation happen to her. She listened to me, and showed me kindness that I really needed at the time. Her name is Gretchen, please see to it that she sees this review and knows that she really made a difference in my evening. I’m sure she will remember me!
