Wow! I was pretty excited to find a fabulous proper traditional fish n chip shop close to the city. Flake was fabulous, cooked to perfection. Staff were great and the wait was short even though it was a really busy night. Looking forward to my next visit!

I really miss working in Richmond only because of this store. Compared to all the other stores on the street these guys had the most reasonable prices for the food that they prepared freshly. Owner would always throw in some extras into my order as well.
I highly recommend the delicious Lot burger. As far as I'm aware all of their products were halal back when I went in 2019.

Great service, very friendly, only had dimmies(dim Sims). As a qualified chef and had years of experience, I can tell by what's on display and the cleanliness of the shop these folks take their business seriously. I'll have to give the fish a crack cause even that's displayed in a refrigerator cabanet and looks fresh as.

I popped in for a cheeky souvlaki over lunch. What I didn't realise was that I was ordering a tour of the Mediterranean for my tastebuds.
The lamb was grilled to perfection, the wrap had a sensational balance between dough & crispness and the garlic sauce was divine.
11/10 best souvlaki I've ever had.

I had some chips with gravy and a vegan spring roll and it was delicious. Cooked fresh while I was waiting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the menu was comprehensive and well priced. There are a good range of drinks on offer and the location is very convenient.

This is by far my favourite fish & chips shop anywhere in Melbourne. Has had a few owners over the years, but the food has always been amazing....seriously what is this 5 star limit, lol this place deserves at least 10
