What happened here!? This place used to be buzzing and I could smell the coffee walking to the cafe! I ordered the French toast which has been my go to when I visit this cafe! But wow... I was delivered a plate of hot mess ( as pictured) grilled bananas on bacon, kiwi fruit, strawberry, poached cinnamon pear slice, dried fig and 3 slices of thick cut bread that was drenched in maple. The flavours were so confusing! Coffee was okay. When the server asked how my meal was at the till, I gave some suggestions and she just said ‘ Ah okay’ and looked down. Definitely under new management and I won’t be back.

Good value with decent sized portions, ordered the Eggs Benne which had a decent amount of bacon unlike some other cafes. Enjoyed my meal though Choc Milkshake was a bit basic. Service was a bit slow despite not being overly busy. Staff also seen eating at the customers table, I had no issue with this but my flatmate feels it should be noted and a bit unprofessional.

It was my first time visit to this cafe and I had a coffee. Great coffee I must say. Most of all great Customer service . My client forgot his purse. They were waiting for us till then and kept our stuff safe. When I came for a coffee next day they handed over me our stuffs. What an amazing staff. ❤👏They were looking for us every day .
