I got a croissant and a coffee, the coffee was really hot, I couldn't even touch the cup...and the croissant wasn't toasted properly: tomatoes cold and no salt not even pepper. I paid 17.25 for that.....is just a ripped off. The girl that made my coffee was really nice by the way. Sorry guys but I have to be honest

I finally had the chance to visit this great little place on Bridge road today that was warm and welcoming. As expected, I had a great experience. Great coffee (hot not Luke warm!) and a nice chicken bagel brunch. Excellent service with a smile by all the team. Well done. I will certainly be back! Cheers.

Food was decent but we waited ages for it ! The cafe was a third full so not sure why it took ~30 minutes for one serve of the fritters to be made - I even went up to ask if they had put the order through it took that long. Service was alright, but they forgot the menu for us when asked and took a while to come take our order. The person I assume to be the owner also came over to see if we were being taken care of, and I appreciate the sentiment but it was very casual and he didn’t introduce himself as such so I was a bit confused and thought he was a family friend of my partners at first. Overall the aesthetics of the place are lovely and the music was great, it’s just let down by slow service and small, average coffees.

From what used to be a one of my favourite brunch spots in Richmond to now what needs a lot of work under its new management. The service was good though food was average and the girlfriends iced latte was so small and unappealing, we also got over charged approx $10. With so many great places to eat in Richmond I hope this place can raise their standards.

The food was lovely; however, the service was atrocious!! One of the owners had no idea how to use the till and took about 5 minutes to serve 1 person. It took over half an hour for us to get our coffee, and when they were ready, they sat on the counter for over 5 minutes while one of the owners sat on customers tables, having random conversations with everyone. The same thing happened with our food too. The kitchen staff had to ring the bell 4 times before it was collected. We will definitely not be returning.

We had a party of 11 for Mothers Day brunch. We all enjoyed our food, the restaurant was busy but the staff always had time for our needs. Meals were all served together. The extra attention by the Maître d’ for the kids particularly the 2 year old was very appreciated. Happy to travel the 200 km to visit again
