Tsing Tao Chinese Restaurant

I love the sesame chicken but I have learned to not order that from here due to how chewy and hard the chicken has been in the past. Today I ordered differently. My chicken chow mein didn't have any noodles and the left my fried noodles off my order. 2 stars because the food still tasted good. Just not what I ordered.

Very not happy with how two issues were handled. #1 - no white rice came with order, #2 started eating any way and found a pointy CHICKEN BONE in the cashew chicken. The person on the phone could not even credit for the meal without manager permission. It's a bone!!!! And no rice. Sorry, Chinese food all over should be fast, tasty and filling. No bones and always with rice. This delivery is to a hotel, which probably doesn't help, because we're obviously visitors only. BTW - the restaurant is less than 2 miles away.

Been ordering from this place for 10+ years, to the point that their son who brought us a delivery thanked us profusely for our business at a time when Chinese people were being frowned on due to the corona virus. Now they refuse to deliver to us because we’re ‘outside’ their delivery zone. It’s Richmond people, not some big city we’re talking about here! This place has no understanding of loyal customers nor seem to appreciate, the lady I spoke to could care less. They’d just prefer you to utilize that stupid grubhub app and make people pay more, so they can do less… sorry, not buying into it…..
