Rally's

Rally's was my third stop tonight to grab something to eat. The two other places had bad customer service or kept over talking me while I was trying to order and if they had been listening to me at all I had ordered it exactly the way they are now robotically asking me their programmed questions..damn frustrating to be honest. The customer service from Jennifer tonight was amazing and should be an example for a few other restaurants in the Richmond, KY area. I did commend her so much we forgot my apple pies but that's a small price to pay for GREAT customer service. I am not sure how I will like the food because I am a picky eater but this Carmel cheesecake Sundae looks like a small piece of sunshine. WAY TO GO this evening Jennifer and her co-workers this evening.

I am not much on giving bad reviews but I must in this case. Typically I never have an issue at this location but this night the girl working at the window was very rude and unpleasant. I am not sure if it was because maybe she might have been training and new or just all around just having a bad day. Either way her behavior was very nasty. The other lady working was very nice and friendly. Between getting orders wrong hateful tone I am not sure I will be returning anytime soon to this location. Food was good once we got it. Hopping things get better. Fingers crossed.

Empty line besides me and my wife. I got rushed three times and even got told rudly are you ready yet. Needless to say I've only ate at a rallys very few times and was really wanting something different. I will say that I'll never waist my time going there in the future. I'm 30 and have never experienced such a rush at any fast food place such as this what a shame to even have to leave this review.
