Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Although I order from them all the time they tend to mess up my order especially if I order it for delivery... the last time I got a completely wrong smoothie and my wrap had bud thick slices of tomato in it and the order stated no tomato. Luckily I sent feedback about it thru the app and I had got quick turn around for reconciliation. Fresh and delicious I even liked the new one called the Hurricane

Fast, friendly service! My wife and I stopped by for lunch, they were very busy at the time. There were 6 people in line ahead of us. We were placing our orders 90 seconds later, that's fast! We had our smoothies in 2 minutes, food in 5. The new BBQ chicken flatbread was awesome! My wife said her Thai chicken salad was good as well.

Such a great place!! Of course the smoothies are delicious, healthy and a great option.. The place is very clean, not only where they are preparing the smoothies but also the lobby.. I think that's important in a food business, often this goes unnoticed but not for me. Customer service is okay, I feel like they can improve there, the amployees should have more patience when they make mistakes and customers correct them..after all you are paying for the smoothie you want and not asking for a favor. Overall I recommend this place, great quantity, great atmosphere and healthy!
