Pho City is one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. The Pho is great, the roast pork and vermicelli noodles are amazing, everything is under $8.50, the staff very friendly, and the restaurant is extremely clean. I almost always get my food in under 10 minutes.
I am worried because I hardly ever see anyone there when I go! I don't want this awesome restaurant to close down. I have been going there about twice a month since December and haven't yet had a bad experience.
