18th and broad Street McDonald's Richmond VA nice clean friendly..
It's hard for all restaurants to get no pickles extra onions correct on a double cheeseburger but at least they answer and correct on your time

Food was excellent and fresh but man this place is BUSY. Expect a 30min wait for this "fast" food restaurant.

Was pet friendly and allowed me to have the dog in the lobby while i waited for my order .little thoughts like this go a long way

This location has improved itself drastically from the last few visits. The staff have now become super helpful and my experience has become much better. My app still glitches in this location, but the employees make up for this technology error in service. I've noticed that the cooks and staff at this location also take more care in packaging your sandwiches!

Worst McDonald's in Richmond. The employees just don't care. Every order is messed up and you get over charged because the employees don't bother to add your discount codes when you use the app.

Food is great and all and got my specific details perfectly. Though, I do wish the service is at least more friendly and I don’t to drive through a that much because I didn’t have to wait in line and used the kiosk.
