Omg Pizza

My husband and I lived in Richmond during COVID-19 and we use to love this place. We would go every week and were never disappointed. It has been 3 years since we moved and we still talk about this place. We have yet to find a pizza place that serves their food as good as OMG Pizza. I've lived in DC, VA, MN, and Mexico--no pizza place compares.

(KIDS GOT INTO THE PIZZA BEFORE I COULD TAKE PICS) BUT OKAY SO 3RD NIGHT IN A ROW NOW IVE ORDERED FROM THEM!(MY KIDS ALSO LOVE THIS PLACE A MUCH AS I DO) WE CANT GET ENOUGH! LOVE THIS PLACE, LOVE THE STAFF, AND LOVE THAT THEY RESPONDED SO QUICKLY TO MY REVIEW LAST NIGHT! IAND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT & PERFECT!!!! FEEL LIKE THEY ARE FAMILY IVE SEEN THE SAME DRIVER SO MUCH HAHA! (IVE ORDERED BEFORE THESE LAST 3 NIGHTS BUT I CANT HELP BUT COME BACK ALL THE TIME!) THANKS FOR BEING SUCH AN AMAZING FOOD PLACE!

The interior of the restaurant has plexiglass safety barriers separating the kitchen and eating area. That basically says, "You are in a high crime area". Although, the staff and the food are good. And the neighborhood is changing for the better very quickly. I hope they can do some remodeling to make the atmosphere more inviting.

I ordered through Slice and it told me that the order was delayed and would take over an hour, but an actual person called from the shop and assured me that it was on it's way after maybe 15 minutes and said it would be here in 20 minutes. The guy was here right on time. He wasn't super friendly, but he did the job, and the tip was already paid for the contactless delivery. I got a 12" Meat Lover's Pizza, which was thin crust, but not too thin and not greasy at all, and cooked to perfection. The white dipping sauce really made the meal for me since the meat wasn't spicy and didn't have a super strong flavor. It was just enough for a big man to eat in one sitting, so I would go for a larger size for more people. I probably would have gone away hungry if I hadn't also ordered a Jamaican Beef Patty out of curiosity. This was surprisingly crisp and flaky, and the meat was just spicy enough to know it was there. I will definitely order from these guys again.
